Orders

Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability.

Shipping

Free tracked shipping is included with every order. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of placing your order, including 1–3 business days for processing. This is an estimate, and delivery may take longer because of carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or destination-related delays. Availability and the estimate for your destination are shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Duties are included for the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. For other destinations, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
