MIA AURA EDIT 1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent within one year of delivery under normal intended use.
What is covered
Covered claims are limited to product-quality or manufacturing issues that were not caused by wear, impact, pulling, misuse, improper care, alteration, or other customer handling.
How approved claims are resolved
After reviewing and verifying the claim, MIA AURA EDIT will determine the appropriate remedy based on the condition of the piece. An approved claim may be resolved by repair or by one replacement. The remedy is determined by MIA AURA EDIT; a replacement is not automatic.
If the original design or component is unavailable, we may use a comparable component or provide a comparable piece where appropriate. Pearls and natural stones are unique, so repaired or replacement pieces may vary slightly in shape, surface, color and luster.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear; scratches; tarnish; oxidation; plating wear; natural variations in pearls or stones; accidental damage; impact; crushing; snagging; pulling; bending; exposure to water, fragrance, lotions or chemicals; improper storage or care; loss; theft; or damage caused by an unauthorized alteration or repair.
How to make a claim
Email info@miaauraedit.store within one year of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs and a short description of the issue. We may request additional photographs or ask you to retain or return the damaged piece so that we can verify the cause and eligibility.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It is in addition to, and does not affect, any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law.
