Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, and delivery may take longer because of carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or destination-related delays. The estimate for your destination is shown at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties are included for the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
For other destinations, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. A carrier may need up to 48 hours to display the first scan.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
What if my order is delayed?
Carrier and customs delays can occur. If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will contact you and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a refund.
