14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After contacting us, please send the item within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

Return eligibility

Items may be carefully tried on for fit and appearance. To qualify for a return, they must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use beyond reasonable try-on, damage, alteration, or exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, or other substances, and with their original packaging.

Personalized or engraved items, gift cards, and products clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or any statutory rights that apply to you.

How to request a return

If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please also include clear photographs and a short description of the issue.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything. The appropriate return address will be provided by email after your request is submitted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine it, where permitted by law.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of placing an order are normally accepted if fulfillment has not begun.

If the cancellation option is available on your order status page, you can submit the request there. Otherwise, contact us as soon as possible. We will email you once the cancellation is confirmed.

If processing or shipping has already begun, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may still request a return after delivery under this policy. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to you.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law. Eligible consumers may have additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, or replacement rights depending on their location.
